Previous Projects
Renovation - Clock Cottage
D&S Contractors took on the task of renovating a tired and run down semi-detached cottage in Worcestershire. Some structural work was tackled, as well as altering the layout of the property to improve the flow and functionality of the building. All trades and aspects of the job were handled by us, including the exterior landscaping and decorating.
Extension - Fernhill Heath
A thorough and detailed extension of a detached home in Worcestershire. We handled the job of extending out the back of the property, as well as up into the second floor, making the most of the overall footprint and maximising future value. All finishes were to an extremely high spec, whilst also being sympathetic to the original style and features of the property.
Conversion - Shaw Street
A large scale commercial to residential conversion carried in in Worcester town centre. Among the usual construction tasks, the location and access issues to this building posed its own set of obstacles itself; from planning, logistics, access and safety measures, this conversion was a big task from start to finish - but one that D&S Contractors was more than equipped to deal with.
New Build - Sir Thomas White Court
A new build in Worcester that comprises 10 modern and well equipped flats. As with most new builds, the planning and preparation of the utilities and other services is of the highest importance, as well as the adherence to planning and the latest regulations. As an experienced and well rounded contractor, D&S were able to navigate all of this with professionalism and integrity to produce a building of the highest quality.
